Heart Frame

I keep seeing this framed heart artwork. I love the way the heart is falling apart/off. I also love hearts. It's a win, win situation ;) I've gone as far as buying the frame and different sizes of Stampin' Up! heart punches. I just need to find paper (tissue, scrap book??) and start punching out hearts.
